3. Assessment
   • Essential Skills Assessment – Demonstrate what you’ve learned from the Essential Skills of emotional intelligence, communication and teamwork.

4. Practice Simulations

• Introduction to Techniques and Steps – Learn more about applying the AIM framework and techniques used in the simulations.
• Problem-Solve with a Co-Worker – Discuss and resolve issues with other member of the health care team.
• Receive Professional Feedback – Talk with a supervisor about how you can improve your role.

5. Final Assessment

• Promote Patient Adherence – Help a patient make decisions about their health.

6. Certificate of Completion
