Beware of any website offering online certification for CPR/BLS, ACLS or PALS without requiring a skills session with an instructor, as mandated by the American Heart Association. There are several websites offering this “too good to be true” scam.
Will I get the card and/or certificate on the day of my class?
My card expired recently. Can I still take the Renewal/Update course, or must I enroll in the Initial Provider course?
Can I get a Continuing Education (CE) certificate?
Yes, all courses are authorized for CE Certificates based on your profession, with the exception of the IV Therapy Skills Refresher class. Only dentists and CNAs are eligible for CPR/BLS CEs. We offer certificates at no additional charge and you will receive the certificate on the day of your class.
How can I prepare for my upcoming class?
If enrolled in an AHA course (ACLS, PALS, BLS/CPR), we recommend that you study your provider manual prior to class. We offer manuals for purchase in the event that you do not have one. In addition, links for study information are included in the confirmation email which you will receive upon registration.
What can I do to get the required book on time for my upcoming class?
You may reserve the required ACLS, PALS and CPR/BLS Provider Manuals during the registration process and pick up prior or receive at class.
