FAQ
Why is it that other programs giving the same certification are longer than your 3-day course?
The NHA (National Healthcareer Association) does not have a set minimum number of hours for EKG Technician programs. However, individual training centers can establish their own minimum hour requirements based on their curriculum.
At our center, we require online pre-course work to be completed before the in-person class. This allows students to learn much of the foundational material ahead of time, before the 3-day course. As a result, our program’s total in-person hours are shorter compared to others but still provide all the necessary knowledge and hands-on skills required to succeed.
We require students to prepare before the first day of class. Upon enrollment, you will receive access to an online study account, which includes a study guide, reference material, videos, practice quizzes, and practice tests. See below for more details.
How do you have the highest national exam pass rate if your course is shorter than the same course Iβve seen on other company websites?
I donβt have a medical background. Have you had students with the no clinical knowledge or experience who succeeded in the program?
Do you offer federal financial aid or scholarships?
While we donβt offer federal financial aid or scholarships, we do provide flexible payment options. Only a $300 deposit with a credit or debit card is required at the time of enrollment. The remaining balance isnβt due until you arrive for class if youβre taking the traditional 3-day course or the 1-day skills class. For the 3-day virtual/hybrid option, the balance is due on the 3rd day of class.
After taking your course, can I take the CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) national certification exam?
What do I need to do before class to prepare?
Full instructions and links to complete the steps below will be included in your confirmation email, sent to you immediately after registration.
